Kalyani Kashi is the Managing Director at Wissen Technology and brings close to two decades of experience in technology delivery, quality assurance, and business leadership. Prior to Wissen, she worked at EFI as a QA Manager, where she built strong expertise in agile delivery and cross-functional team leadership. At Wissen, she has been instrumental in driving client success, building high-performing teams, and leading delivery excellence across financial services and enterprise segments. She brings strong business development acumen with deep client and stakeholder relationships that have been key to Wissen's growth. Known for her collaborative approach, attention to quality, and passion for developing people, Kalyani is a trusted leader who brings out the best in both organizations and the individuals within them. She holds a B.E. from BMS College of Engineering and an Executive General Management Program from IIM B.
